Insurance Accepted and Payment Plans

We gladly accept most health insurance. Individuals in need of our services who lack insurance and who are worried about the high costs charged by many other clinics need not worry. We have highly affordable rates and flexible payment plans allowing access to high-quality care for you and your family.

If there is a question on what is or is not covered by your insurance, feel free to fax a copy of your insurance card to the office or call us and we will gladly help you and let you know.

We accept all PPOs and some HMOs, please call us with any questions on either.

The Doctor will evaluate the patient and decide which therapies are best for them depending on the results of the evaluation. Here are a list of the therapeutic modalities available.
